The data controller is 100Cafés Media SL, tax ID B04867735, registered at C/ Suspiro del Moro, 54, 04720 Aguadulce (Almería), Spain. You can write to hola@100cafes.studio about anything related to your data.

What data we process

The data you give us in the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, the solution you select and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, also data on how the site is used (pages viewed, device, language and approximate location), without identifying you by name.

Why

To reply to your message and, if we start working together, to manage that relationship. Analytics data, to understand which parts of the site are used and to improve it. We do not make automated decisions or build commercial profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent, when you send the form or accept analytics. If there is a business relationship, the performance of that contract or of the pre-contractual steps you ask us for.

How long

Messages, for as long as needed to handle them and at most two years from the last contact if no business relationship follows. If one does, for the length of that relationship and the periods the law requires afterward. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. It is processed on our behalf, and only to provide their service, by: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (Google Analytics, if you accept it) and the service that receives the contact form. Some are in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@100cafes.studio. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
